The aim of this activity is to sell online products and services, e-commerce is regulated by D.Lgs.9 April 2003 n 70.

The customers who purchase according to the terms of the website declare to have read all the indications given for the purchase procedure and to accept in full the general sale and payment conditions which follow.
Such general sale conditions together with the payment and goods delivery terms are an integral part of the sale contract between the clients and GMWORLD s.r.l.s., so our clients are required to consider the terms and read them carefully.

The products on the sites guidomaggi.it and guidomaggi.com are available for purchase.
The order confirmation by GMWORLD s.r.l.s. is agreed through e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address given by the client at the moment of the registration on the website.
GMWORLD s.r.l.s. at its unchallengeable judgment, reserves the right to refuse the order.
Order confirmation e-mail contains the following data:
- Date and order number
- Product, model, quantity, price
- Payment methods

Pictures, images and products features are approximate and not binding, GMWORLD s.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify them without notice at its unchallengeable judgment, if the images are wrong but don’t
compromise the functionality and the aspect of the product, the order will be considered valid anyway.

Right of Withdrawal
The products purchased on GM World are customized upon the customer’s specific request (Bespoke or Custom sale). Therefore, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), the right of withdrawal does not apply, as production starts immediately after order confirmation.
It should be noted that the offered products are personalized and handcrafted by Master artisans immediately after the purchase process, based on models proposed by the seller in a diverse catalog in terms of quantity, leather quality, colors, and height increase type, even if they refer to standard sizes (e.g., 40 - 40.5 - 41, etc.).
Consumers are therefore informed that, even in the case of purchasing shoes with a standard size without requesting modifications, the product is still considered personalized because it is sent to production only after the purchase procedure is completed, based on a model that is not in stock but made to order, without the possibility of subsequent reversible modifications. The seller does not have stock.
Due to this type of customized sale, Consumers are informed that the choice of the type and height of the shoe lift is also considered a personalized sale, which does not entitle them to withdrawal or return.
Any return request made by the Customer may be assessed and processed at the Seller’s sole discretion, with the possibility of requesting financial contributions from the Customer, who will in any case bear the shipping costs for the returned product.

DISCLAIMER ON PRODUCT IMAGES, ARTISANAL WORKMANSHIP, AND AVAILABILITY OF LEATHERS
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following:
1. Photographic Representation of Products
The images of the products published on the website www.guidomaggi.com are intended solely to present the available models and the leathers used, attempting to faithfully reproduce colors and textures. However, due to technical and production factors beyond the Seller's control, shades and color nuances may differ from the images shown. These variations may depend on:
- Differences in leather color batches, tanning, and dyeing processes that vary depending on suppliers and raw materials used;
- Different viewing devices and display settings of the user's screen;
- Lighting and photographic techniques used for product photography.
The images published on the site are therefore to be considered purely indicative and do not constitute a contractual element.
2. Characteristics of Artisanal Workmanship
Some shoe models featured on the website are made from fine leathers and crafted with artisanal techniques. These materials may exhibit slight differences from the photos displayed on the site due to the natural variability of leather and the handcrafted production process.
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that such differences do not constitute product defects, but rather intrinsic characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.
3. Availability of Leathers and Customer Verification
The website www.guidomaggi.com, it is possible to view the leathers available for footwear customization. However, due to the bespoke nature of the sales process, with artisanal manufacturing and continuous procurement of raw materials—purchased in small quantities compared to purely industrial production—it may happen that a leather declared as "available" on the website is not actually in stock. Therefore, the immediate availability of all indicated leathers is not guaranteed. In case of temporary unavailability, despite the "available" label on the website, the Seller will make every effort to procure the requested leather within the limits of actual supply possibilities. Should difficulties arise in obtaining the leather, the Seller will inform the Customer of the impossibility of proceeding with the production using the selected leather type and/or chosen color. The Seller will then propose an alternative leather and/or a different color. Furthermore, as already stated in the terms of sale, each leather supply may have a slightly different color tone compared to what is published on the website, which should be considered only as a purely illustrative photographic representation and in no way as a contractual element.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the actual availability of the selected leather by contacting customer service before completing the order.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read this Disclaimer and fully accept its contents.
