The aim of this activity is to sell online products and services, e-commerce is regulated by D.Lgs.9 April 2003 n 70.
Sales conditions agreement

The order confirmation by GMWORLD s.r.l.s. is agreed through e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address given by the client at the moment of the registration on the website.
GMWORLD s.r.l.s. at its unchallengeable judgment, reserves the right to refuse the order.

- Total cost of the order (the cost does not include any customs-duty or local tax of the nations outside the EU, taxes will be paid to the courier or to the customs authorities).

In case of any kind of controversy, the place of jurisdiction is the court of Lecce.
